James Beard Award 2016 nominees Beverage Director Arthur Hon and Executive Chef Andrew Zimmerman of Sepia, 123 N. Jefferson, hosts a Taittinger event, featuring rare and prestigious cuvees, 6 p.m. May 1; $125.
The four-course menu will be paired with 10 of Taittinger's top Champagnes including: 2005 Comte de Champagne Rose; 2006 Brut Millesime and Cuvee Prelude.
