Taryn Huebner, Oprah's personal chef for the past seven years, is hosting a four-course pop-up dinner paired with selections from Cream Wine Company, April 26 at Trinity Bar, 2721 N. Halsted ($85). Chef Huebner will offer two seatings 6 and 8 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance, click here.
The menu is:
First Course
roasted carrots, French lentils, burrata and pancetta salad with pistachio and Meyer lemon dressing
Second Course
ricotta gnocchi with brown butter, mushroom ragout and English peas
Third Course
Moroccan braised beef with Israeli cous cous, caramelized Brussels sprouts and harissa broth
Fourth Course
buttermilk panna cotta with strawberry and lavender
