Hard Rock Cafe's "Burgers from Cafes around the World Tour" comes to the chicago location Mary 1-June 30. 

Featured burgers (May 1-31) include English breakfast burger (London, the original cafe) certified Angus beef patty topped with sliced ham, sausage patty, fried egg, portobello mushroom, arugula and garlic aioli served with baked beans; Java Lava (Seattle) grilled Angus beef patty dressed with house-made espresso rub, topped with lava sauce, crunchy java onions, bacon, melted cheddar cheese, garnished with fried jalapeno; Tandoori chicken (Mumbai) dark chicken meat patty seasoned with spices and herbs, topped with mint mayonnaise, served with a side of cucumber and the Jamaican jerk burger (Montego Bay) Angus beef patty, topped with banana pepper rings, mango jalapeno cream cheese and jerk mayo. A new selection will be featured June 1-30.

Lockwood Hosts a Macallan Tasting

Lockwood Restaurant & Bar, located in The Palmer House, A Hilton Hotel, 17 E. Monroe Street, hosts the next installment of its Uncasked & Paired Series, 6 p.m. April 28; $75. The evening starts with a cocktail reception featuring drinks made from The Macallan 12 Years Old Traditional, exclusively aged for a minimum of 12 years in the rare sherry-seasoned Spanish oak casks of Jerez, Spain.

Second Course
The Macallan Rare Cask: created as an ode to beautiful natural color and complexity of flavor that The Macallan is known for, Rare Cask is crafted using liquid aged in first-fill Spanish sherry-seasoned oak casks. Tribes Alehouse, Tinley Park and Mokena, is hosting a joint beer brunch 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 24 at the Tinley Park location, 9501 W. 171st , Tinley Park. The cost is $28, includes four beer flight.

Items from the prix fixe menu include a choice of starter (eggs sardou with spicy beer hollandaise; beer battered shrimp with ginger beer dipping sauce; IPA crab cakes with spicy remoulade; Lambic lacquered chicken wings or bison & brown beer chili bread bowl with shredded cheddar cheese and diced onions); cheddar ale soup; choice of entrees (spaghetti car-beer-nara, pancetta, peas, eggs, Parmesan, Kolsch; spiced beer can chicken with chipotle beer gravy; grilled ale and molasses brined pork tenderloin with corn and basil salsa; slow-roasted maple stout baby back ribs, Yukon Gold mash and haricot verts or porter-braised shredded beef brisket, gold chanterelle mushroom gravy) and choice of lemon orange IPA bread pudding with fresh whipped cream or chocolate stout brownie. David Burke's Primehouse, 616 N. Rush, celebrates a decade of service with month-long specials that include the Primehouse Ultimate Dry-Aging Experience Contest. To enter guests must make reservations for brunch, lunch or dinner via OpenTable.com Saturday or Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or to 5:30-9 p.m. only. One grand prize will be awarded. Winners will be selected from the reservation list. One grand prize winner will be selected. The lucky guest receives an assortment of meats produced by the restaurant from Creekstone Farms (dry-aged in David Burke's dry-aging facility), a dine-in or at home dinner for two with chef Dino Tsaknis, waiter and sommelier and a butcher shop meat package. Forno Rosso Pizzeria Napoletana Now Open

The West Loop is home to Forno Rosso Napoletana, 1048 W. Randolph, second Chicago location. The restaurant, whose name translates to red oven, features a custom red wood-burning oven for preparing its signature Neapolitan-style pizzas, featuring more than 20 handcrafted varieties created by owner Nick Nitti.

During April the restaurant will offer a rotation of Bianca and Rosso pizzas, priced $17-$20. Lunch specials includes select items from the Panuozzi menu including the Siciliana (Fior di Latte mozzarella, caponata, basil, $12) and the Piccante (Fior di Latte mozzarella, Forno Rosso's special sausage, spicy soppressata, homemade spicy oil, $13).

The evening begins with a selection of hors d'oeuvres that include arancini parmigiano reggiano with truffled mushroom fonduta, smoked salmon Rondelle with English cucumber and prosciutto wrapped scallops paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc.

Courses to follow are pan roasted wild striped bass with sauteed leeks, fennel, wild mushroom, blistered grape tomatoes and a sauce vin blanc paired with Duckhorn Napa Chardonnay. The second course is crab-stuffed shrimp a la Diavolo paired with Golden Eye Anderson Valley Pinot Noir.
