Chef Antonio Gonzalez prepares menu items complementing the beer selections including tacos de chorizo con Papas with all Day IPA-braised chorizo, potatoes, onions, cilantro and salsa Verde and tacos de Alambre with Mosaic Promise-braised steak, bacon, bell peppers, onions and Chihuahua cheese ($4 each).
