
Cantina Laredo, 508 N. State, rings in the new year with the introduction of "Fresh en Fuego" cocktails garnished with grilled citrus fruits, available beginning January 1.
Selections include: charred pineapple lemonade (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, pineapple and lemon juice, Liber & Co. Orgeat Syrup, Monin Bloody Orange Syrup with cinnamon sugar rim and grilled pineapple slice, $10); grilled orange Margarita (Cabo Wabo Silver Tequila, Tuaca Originale Italiano, orange and lime juice, Monin Honey Syrup, garnished with grilled orange slice, $11) and grilled grapefruit Paloma (Hornitos Plata Tequila, Cointreau, fresh grapefruit and lime juice, Monin Agave Nectar and Sprite, garnished with grilled grapefruit, $11).
