Chef Saul Roman's three-course steak and wine dinner includes: empanadas and eggplant bruschetta followed by NY strip steak cooked on an Argentine parilla served with homemade chimichurri, Malbec sauce and mashed potatoes. A home made flan completes the meal. Each course is paired with an Argentine Malbec. Going forward the Malbec menu will be featured the last Wednesday of every month.
