Cantina Laredo, 508 N. State, holds a four-course beer dinner in collaboration with Chicago's Marz Brewing Co. 7 p.m. January 5. Three local chefs assists host chef Damon Workman ( Won Kim; Tony Balestreri and Daniel Espinoza) in creating dishes paired dishes paired with a different Marz brew (Bubbly Creek; Jungle Boogie; Holihaze; Pastry Boy); $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
