
Hofbräuhaus Chicago, 5500 Park Place, Rosemont, kicks off its sixth anniversary celebration beginning 6 p.m. January 18. The restaurant launches a new menu featuring items curated by German chefs and a keg tapping.
Visitors attending the event will have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a Microbrewery Experience with the restaurant’s brewmaster; a catered and delivered family meal for up to six people by the restaurants new chefs; gift cards to the restaurant and store; keg tapping experience and more.
In addition the restaurant introduces the January beer of the month the Schwarzbier, deep black lager with a roasted malt and sweet chocolate flavor (available through January 31).
