The three-course menu starts with a choice of Bistronomic fish soup or housemade country pate. The main course is a choice of organic Amish chicken fricassee (Nichols Farm fingerling potatoes, French beans, mushroom truffle puree country mustard sauce) or beef Daube Provencale (hand-cut Parmesan gnocchi, orange zest, nicoise olive, rosemary).
