III Forks, 180 N. Field, hosts a wine tasting Feb. 3. Sommelier Chris McFall will lead guests through six selections of French to be paired with hors d'oeuvres created by executive chef Billy Caruso. Guests will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite. The cost is $20.
