Les Dames d'Escoffier and Prairie Grass Cafe partner for a dinner August 9


Les Dame d'Escoffier Chicago Chapter and Prairie Grass Cafe joined by Jean Nolan of Middlefork Farms partner for a special virtual dinner and tour of Middlefork 3 p.m. August 9.

During the class Chef Sarah Stegner shares way to prepare wild Alaskan cod with fresh ingredients from Middlefork Farms.

For the occasion Stegner has put together the Harvest Cooking Kit for Two and demonstrates how to prepare crispy bread crumb-crusted wild Alaskan cod with warm herb-pecan pesto and organic vegetable salad. Orders can be placed through August 6 for pickup August 8. Must register for cooking class and tour invitation. Call 847-205-4433.
