Wrigleyville Mardi Gras Extravaganza takes place noon to 6 p.m. February 22 with the area transforming into a mock Bourbon Street for the day.
Drink specials will be available at each stop with activities such as the crowning of a Kind & Queen of Mardi Gras; a jambalaya contest and live music and performances.
Participating bars include: Deuce's Major League Bar; Happy Camper Wrigleyville; Houndstooth Saloon; HVAC Pub; The Irish Oak; Moe's Cantina Wrigleyville; Nola Bar & Kitchen; Old Crow Smokehouse; Rizzo's Bar & Pizza; Roadhouse 66 Gas N; Grill; Sluggers World Class Sports Bar and Dueling Pianos.
A pre-arty kicks off at Rizzo's Bar & Inn, 3658 N. Clark with a performance by Rick King and the Royal Hustle. An after party featuring a live Dj will be held at Sluggers, 3540 N. Clark. the after set begins at 5 p.m. Must be age 21 and older with valid ID to attend the day-long event. Tickets.
