Blackbird's Valentine's Day dinner


There's still space left at Blackbird's 619 W. Randolph, Midwest-Inspired seven course Valentine's Day dinner, beginning 5 p.m. February 14-15. 

Items on Chef Ryan Pfeiffer curated menu highlights include: pounded big eye tune with sea succulents and oscietra caviar; crispy kusshi oyster with kimchi honey and coconut nuoc  cham (pictured); dry aged beef tartare with truffled sauce chasseur; sweet chill glazed quail with brassicas and coriander and dark chocolate mousse bar, porter pudding with fermented cranberry and sesame.
