
The menu includes items such as: Cazuela Libanesa (fried eggs, potatoes, merguez sausage, jocoque, tomato fondue, flat bread and za’atar) Pan de Muerto French Toast with signature house-made Pan de Muerto (seasonal fruit, orange blossom foam, lime orange zest, whipped cream and chocolate).
In addition guests can expect recipes from Chef Gaytán’s hometown of Huitzuco, Mexico, such as Tacos de Pescado served with Masa azul tortillas, pan seared red snapper fillet, saffron rouille, greens and avocado; and Torta de Chilaquiles with Telera, black beans, chilaquiles, guajillo pork, avocado, eggs, sour cream and Tzuco cheese.
