Offshore, recognized by The Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s Largest Rooftop Bar, located on the third floor of Navy Pier, 1000 E. Grand, is decking out its entire 52,300 square foot space with spooky a décor for its Halloween party beginning at 8 p.m. October 31.
A DJ will be on hand spinning tunes. In addition the venue is giving away cash for best Halloween costumes. Tickets are $40, includes 2 drink tickets and appetizers beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets.
