Michelin Star Chef Christian Fantoni, Casati's, 444 W. Fullerton, has challenged Master Pinsa Chef Daniele Papa from Rome to the ultimate "Pinsa Pizza Showdown" taking place October 8.
Guests are invited to the culinary battle to determine whose pinsa pizza (traditional pizza that has 90% less carbs, fat and gluten than normally prepared style) is the best.
