Tuscany Wheeling's Rosh Hashanah dinner special


Tuscany, 550 S. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling, serves up a special three-course, prix-fixe Rosh Hashanah menu, available September 29-30; $40 adults; $20, ages under 10. Price includes coffee, tea or soda. Tax and gratuity not included.

Chef Bolla Loza's menu includes a choice of appetizer (challah with apples and honey; homemade chopped liver or chicken broth with matzo ball; entree choice, which includes a side of fresh green beans in garlic and olive oil, sweet  or mashed potatoes are: (oven-roasted brisket of beef; roasted half chicken or wild Atlantic salmon piccata). Dessert selections are a choice of homemade apple tart or any item from the small bites dessert menu. Reservations available now at 847-465-9988, must mention Rosh Hashanah when booking.
