The menu, created by Executive Chef Patrick Sheerin, was inspired by the history and global influence from Chicago neighborhoods.
Entrees include: seared snapper, kohlrabi som tum tomatillo sauce vierge ($25); roasted eggplant; cauliflower risotto, blackberry soy glaze ($18); Wagyu sirloin; roasted peppers; giardiniera, red wine sauce ($35) and Guajillo braised pork shoulder, corn and mesa polenta; roasted peach bbq sauce ($26) and burger with aged cheddar cheese, on brioche bun with caramelized truffle aioli ($15).
Beverage Manager Ryan Bono’s cocktail menu salutes the Windy City with Chicago inspired libations such as Pulitzer Riot (gin junipere, yuzu sake, pineapple, passion fruit syrup and lemon ($16). Reservations available at: 312-929-3205.
