Fulton Galley, 1115 W. Fulton Market, hosts its first Octoberfest bash beginning 11 a.m. September 28.
All five Fulton Galley chefs will participate offering specialty dishes with a Germanic spin. Dishes include: Steingold’s brisket bratwurst sausage on a challah bun with mustard and kraut; Italianette’s German sausage pizza; Fairview’s Cuban schnitzel sandwich; Pink Salt’s Sai ua sausage and Taco Mucho’s seared beef hot dog with pickled jalapeños and spicy mustard.
Spiteful Brewing and Hofbrauhaus will feature specialty beers for the occasion.
In addition there will be live music and other merriment. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
