Timothy O'Toole's Swerski's Bears superfan pop-up bar opens September 5


Timothy O'Toole's Pub, 622 N. Fairbanks Ct., Swerski's, a pop-up bar for Bears' super fans, opens 2 p.m. September 5.

If you can't make it to the game the place to experience all things Bears is at the O'Toole's pop up bar, which pays homage to the "Saturday Night Live" skit that introduced Da Bears barfly super fan, Bob Swerski. 

Themed food and cocktails will take center stage of the replicated bar from the "SNL" segment, which featured George Wendt as the barfly super fan, will be around for a limited for the NFL opening season, which kicks off 7:30 p.m. September 5 with the Bears vs. Green Bay Packers at Soldier Field.
