Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya hosts meat and sake pairing

Chef/owner Kevin Yu of Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, 1457 N. Halsted, hosts "Meat the Sake," a four-course pairing of signature Kizuki meat dishes with hand-selected sake by Yu and sake specialist Jonathan Edwards, 7-8:30 p.m. May 20; $45. 

Pairings include: Chicken Karaage and Yakitori chicken paired with Tensei Endless Summer sake, Yakitori steak with French sea salt paired with Cowboy Yamahai sake and Hakata Ramen (new dish) paired with Rihaku Dreamy Clouds sake. Tickets.
