Artango Steakhouse and Bar, 4767 N. Lincoln, celebrates Carnaval 5-11 p.m. March 5 (Fat Tuesday) with $7 caipirinhas. In addition Chef Saul Roman will prepare Moqueca, a traditional Brazilian seafood stew, for $25. Complimentary tango dance lessons, starting at 7:30 p.m., will be offered.
