For the occasion, Batson, who also worked at PGC, has created exclusive dishes including the Nomad Breakfast Bowl (mixed grains, roasted celery root, shallot, warm cider vinaigrette, gin-cured gravlax trout, soft boiled egg and 'popped' wild rice).
