Chef Bolla Loza of Phil Stefani's Tuscany Restaurant, 550 S. Milwaukee, Wheeling, will feature a special three course prix fixe Rosh Hashanah dinner October 2-3, designed around traditional dishes including a choice of oven roasted brisket of beef; roasted half chicken or wild Atlantic salmon piccata.
