B. New Local Farm-to-Table Restaurant Opens

B., the newest local farm-to-table establishment has opened just west of Chicago on a 150 acre stretch of land in Oak Brook. Chef Sean Patrick Curry's menu is tailored around three elements: local, fresh and seasonal offerings.  The 167-set full service restaurant has partnered with notable local Midwestern purveyors including: Viking Farm, Butcher and Larder, Great American Cheese, Seedling Farm, Heritage Prairie Farm, Kilgus Farm, and Local Foods, offering everything from pizzas to salad to grilled lamb rack and dry-aged Chicago 250 bone-in rib-eye steak in hunter sauce. A selection of desserts include the Milk  'N' Honey tres leches honey cake, B. honey, dehydrated milk foam, honey oatmeal crumble, white chocolate honey comb and edible flowers.
