Milwaukee, the restaurant (dinner only) beginning 5 p.m. October 6, will give 100 guests, on a first come, first served basis, a complimentary bowl of its signature Tokyo Shoyu Ramen.
The traditional Tokyo-style ramen, regularly $9, is made with a light chicken and pork broth fused with Kizuki's house made roasted oil and soy sauce seasoning, creating a slightly sweet yet savory taste with thin "Chuka" noodles, topped with a slice of pork chashu (roasted, marinated, and then grilled), bamboo shoots, Chinese greens, garnished with chopped green onions with red chili flakes and a slice of seaweed.
