The Northman, 4337 N. Lincoln, Chicago's only cider bar, hosts a special event 4 p.m. May 25, featuring products from Asturias, Spain.
Begona Medio, an expert on Asturian food and culture will be on hand to share information on three of Northern Spain's most popular imports: cheese, seafood and cider. Chef Sean Sanders will create special dishes for the occasion along with spotlighting ciders from Trabanco.
