Negroni Week is June 6-12 and Chicago bars and restaurants are gearing up for the event with Negroni cocktails and Negroni-inspired food concoctions in support of charity.
Participants include: Osteria Langhe: Serves up Negroni Panna Cotta featuring vanilla panna cotta drizzled with gin and Campari syrup. The Violet Hour: pours it on with the “Eeyore’s Requiem,” a crafted cocktail mix of Campari, gin, Dolin Blanc, Cynar, Fernet-Branca and orange bitters and Lone Wolf Tavern: offers the cool the Negron Scroppiny, a froen Negroni topped with Prosecco.
