Elston is the the Parachute Fire Chicken Sandwich (fried chicken, gochujang, mozzarella, pickled jalapeño and shredded cabbage served on a buttery bun for $10), with $1 for every sandwich sold benefiting Asian Americans Advancing Justice, will be available May 24-29 at at Honey Butter Fried.
