Gelato World Tour featuring contenders vying for the "World Best Gelato" title is May 27-29 in Millenneium Park on the South Promenade.
Angelo Lollino and Ali Caine Hung of Vero Coffee and Gelato, are among the entries featuring their signature flavor: Chicago Pot Hole (cocoa from Ecuador emulsified, variegated with Vero's nutty chocolate sauce, roasted and caramelized pecans, dark chocolate chunks and marshmallow-inspired meringue).
