Fountainhead and Burns

Montrose, salutes Scotland's George Burns on what would have been his 255th birthday (Jan. 25) with a celebration Jan. 23-26 that includes three-pour Scotch whiskey flights ($11-$20) and Scotch whiskey-based cocktails ($10-$14).
