Bow & Stern Launches Brunch

If you think Bow & Stern Oyster Bar's, 1371 W. Chicago, new brunch, launching Feb. 9 is going to be just another brunch with the same old, same old-- think again. Unexpected delights include Oreo pancakes (with strawberry and Grand Marnier sauce and Chartreuse ligueur whip cream); stuffed challah French toast and with cranberry-orange cream sauce and candied pecans and pastrami cured salmon with pickled red onion, hydro watercress, caviar, bagel and tomato cream sauce. bow&stern
