Ballyhoo Hospitality's six-course "Best of Ballyhoo Dinner" 4:30 p.m. March 10 will feature a menu item from each of its operations; $136.36 per person. Wine pairing available for an additional $75.
The menu includes lobster Caesar (Gemini); barbacoa empanada (Old Pueblo); sheep's milk ricotta ravioli (Code of Volpe); Dover sole amandine (Pomeroy); prime New York strip (Sophia Steak) and Mrs. Russell's blueberry pie (Buck Russell's Bakery & Sandwich Shop).
The dinner takes place at Sophia Steak, 1146 Wilmette Ave., Wilmette. Book reservations here.
