The Paramount Group and Hind Minded Events partner for "The Four Twenty Experience," a unique dining event that incorporates cannabis selections and includes an outdoor vape bar on the patio, 6 p.m. April 20, at the Eden 1748 W. Lake St.
Chef Devon Quinn and mixologist Alex Rydezewski of Eden partner with Phil Cooper, owner of High Minded Events for a unique dining experience featuring select items infused with cannabis. Guests must be 21 and over. Reservations available here. Call 773-880-8044.
The four course menu features:
First course:
Ahi tuna crudo with pea leaves; cannabis smoked egg yolk infused with THC; calamansi, puffed sorghum and basil paired with cap pea, peach and Jasmine alcohol free cocktail with sparkling water
Second course:
wood-grilled flatbread with burnt eggplant; baba ghanoush infused with THC; green chick pea; asparagus; avocado; Mighty Vine tomato; tahini; pickled mango and chili; garden herbs paired with alcohol-free cocktail made with strawberry Kefir, fig, balsamic, chestnut honey and allspice
Third course:
chimichurri skirt steak with fava bean; marble potato; brewer's yeast with OG kush butter; spicy greens paired with alcohol-free cocktail: Lapsang Souchong and Omija Beauty Berry tea, maple verjus; pine cone bud syrup
Fourth course:
strawberry verbena shortcake infused with THC; whipped white chocolate ganache, lime curd and black pepper paired with alcohol-free cocktail black rice milk; agave; cinnamon, vanilla; fermented black lime and birch bark bitters
