Tuscany, 550 S. Milwaukee, Wheeling, is featuring a special Passover dinner March 30-31.
The meal begins with a selection of appetizers: chopped liver, gefilte fish with horseradish and golden chicken broth with matzo ball. The entree is a choice of oven-roasted beef brisket, roasted half chicken or broiled Atlantic salmon. All entrees include of side of green beans in garlic and olive oil and choice of sweet or mashed potatoes. Dessert is a plate of old-fashioned hone cake, marble cake and macaroons.
