3 Forks Duckhorn dinner

Sommelier Anton Licko of III Forks Prime Steakhouse, 180 N. Field, leads guests through a five-course dinner, prepared by executive chef Hans Aeschbacher, paired with selections from Duckhorn Vineyards beginning 7 p.m. March 19; $125, plus tax and gratuity. Special guest Decoy winemaker Tyson Wolf will also be on hand.

Pairings will include: cold smoked BBQ deviled egg with spiced bacon paired with Napa Sauvignon Blanc; apple ginger salad with sherry vinaigrette paired with Decoy Chardonnay; smoked Nueske duck breast with cherry and onion gastrique and ginger carrot puree paired with Migration Pinot Noir; sliced sirloin heart seared with balsamic on a bed of mashed potatoes and tarragon shallot cream partnered with Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. The dessert is white chocolate and dark chocolate molten mini lava cake with chocolate sauce served with Paraduxx. RSVP @312-938-4303.
