Guests can raise a class to Einstein, whose theory of relativity (E=MC2), the hotel is named, with The Happy Birthday Albert cocktail (sugar, absinthe, and sparkling wine; 8 (3+1=+4).
For guests saluting Pi Day the Apple Pi (calvados, demerara and bitters) adds up to a good deal, priced $3.14.
In addition to the specialty drinks a pie in the face contest (guests can throw a pie at management) takes place 2-4 p.m. Pies are $5 for a 10-foot throw; $10 for a 5-foot throw. Proceeds benefit Project SYNCERE, an educational art and science program for youths in underserved communities.
