Halsted. Tickets ($15) for the late night food adventure will go on sale at 10 p.m. March 26 at the bar. Rice and Guzowski's offering will be pot roast raman (smoked beef broth, roasted spring vegetables, housemade raman noodles, soft-cooked egg). Guests will be served at 10:30 p.m.
The event is the first of three consecutive Saturday pop-ups. Following the three pop-up events chef/partner Mike Sheerin will host a regular monthly event.
