Bravo's season 15 "Top Chef" winner's offering will be a roasted lamb sandwich with Kajmak, Ajvar, and caramelized balsamic onion served on a soft roll.
A portion of the proceeds from sandwich will be ill be donated to Lakeview Pantry.
