Entree selections on the menu include: cocoa spiced half chicken with roasted baby squash medley, potatoes au gratin with a brandy sauce, $26; dover sole over lemon orzo and haricot verts, $25; cocoa braised short ribs over vegetable risotto, $30; a surf and turf (filet mignon and 4-oz lobster tail); demi-glace and melted butter and garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, $50; and a vegan eggplant lasagna with house-made marinara vegan almond ricotta and Italian sausage; $25.
