Bar Roma, 5101 N. Clark St., welcomes guests for a celebratory Christmas Eve
In addition to the regular dinner menu, executive chef Fred Ramos will feature an array of holiday specials, including beluga lentil soup (sweet fennel sausage and baked fontina bruschetta; $10), smoked salmon pinwheel (Bliss caviar, hard boiled egg, red onion, capers and black olive taralli; $18), spaghetti arrabiata (shrimp, monkfish, scallops and spicy pomodoro; $30), wood-grilled beef tenderloin pizzaiola; $36, and butter rum cake with eggnog ice cream and fresh fruit; $10.
