Reclaimed Bar & Restaurant hosts four-course wine dinner, December 16

Reclaimed Bar & Restaurant, 3655 N. Western Ave., is hosting a four-course wine dinner 6:30 p.m. December 16; $95 per person (does not included tax or gratuity. 

Starters are: truffle pork and rabbit paté en croûte; preserved figs, grain mustard and frisée vinaigrette paired with Keller Estates Brut rosé, Petaluma Gap, Sonoma, CA, 2018; Kobocha squash Mezzeluna; tellgio fonduta and crimini mushrooms paired with McKinlay, Pinot Noir "Chehalem Mountain," Willamette Valley, OR 2018.

The main course: roasted pheasant Ballentine with apple cider stewed collard greens and chestnut soubise paired with Da Vero Trovato red blend Cannanou/Carignan/Charbono, Mendocino, CA 2018.

Dessert is Riesling poached pear torte with star anise crème anglaise and hazelnuts.
