Miki's Park, 109 W. Hubbard St., packs it on for Memorial Day with Korean brunch items such as Korean fried chicken (chicken and waffles served with Gochujang maple syrup ) and tits Mik muffin (two Korean beef spiced patties, fried egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin.
The eateries patio will be open weather permitting.
