James Beard Award winning pastry chef, cookbook author and former host of the Food Network's "Sweet Dreams," Gale Gand hosts a virtual chocolate dessert class 6:30 p.m. February 12.
During the event Gand, just in time for Valentines Day will demonstrate how to create two chocolate desserts along with giving a lesson on the history of chocolate. All proceeds from the event will benefit Wescott Playground. Donations are welcomed. Register and/or make a donation here.
