Chicago Firehouse restaurant 's Mardi Gras special today from 4-9 p.m.

The Chicago Firehouse, 1401 S. Michigan, is offering a Mardi Gras special available 4-9 p.m. February 16 (dine-in or carryout).

The menu features include: red beans and rice with smoked ham hock andouille sausage and steamed rice ($8); Louisiana crawfish pie (crawfish tails, tomatoes, cream, cayenne and hand made pie crust; $12); Cajun fried chicken and Tasso jambalaya (Amish chicken; Tasso ham; caramelized vegetables and long-grain rice; $15); seafood gumbo (shrimp; crab; oysters; andouille sausage; file, scallions and rice; $15); shrimp Po Boy (fried gulf shrimp; lettuce; tomatoes on French bread with Crystal Hot Sauce and Cajun remoulade; $18) and jalepeno-cheddar cornbread muffins; $11.
