Elizabeth Restaurant, 4835 N. Western, is featuring ramen kits to-go Friday and Saturday (February 26-27).
Each "Kitsune" kit serves one person and includes very little preparation. Featured kits are Tonkotsu (pork belly, scallion; molten egg; chili paste; roasted garlic oil; enoki and tare; $18) and Mushroom Shio (mushroom shio broth; tofu; scallion; molten egg; nori; preserved citrus; enoki and roasted garlic oil; $15).
