Mac's Whipped Grilled, 1801 W. Division St., include: Wood Grilled Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo with okra, red peppers, celery, onions, rice, cayenne, and gumbo file, served with garlic bread ($8); blackened chicken Po’ Boy with Miller Poultry Amish chicken breast ($14); smoked wood-grilled andouille sausage Po’ Boy ($14); and a fried shrimp Po’ Boy made with buttermilk-marinated cornmeal fried shrimp.
Po-boy sandwiches are served on Highland Baking Company telera roll with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, garlic dill pickles and housemade remoulade, served with a side of Cajun fries. The Mardi Gras are available today and tomorrow.
In addition a Lenten Fish Fry has been added to the regular menu. The Fish & Chips entrée features beer-battered whitefish with crispy hand-cut fries and housemade tartar sauce ($13).
