Yolk Test Kitchen, 1767 N. Milwaukee, launched it's newest creation— the Eggs Benedict slider on National Eggs Benedict Day (April 16).
The breakfast dish is comprised of shaved Applewood smoked ham, poached eggs and homemade hollandaise sauce served on a mini waffle.
