Joy District, 111 W. Hubbard and Hubbard Inn, 112 W. Hubbard partner for a combined Kentucky Derby party kicking off 3 p.m. May 4. Tickets, which start at $10 for early bird to $30 for last call, includes entry to both parties along with drink specials that include $4 Bud Lights and $9 mint juleps and light appetizers.
