Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, 1482 N. Milwaukee, in celebration of National Noodle Day (October 6) is giving away 100 free bowls of their signature Tokyo Shoyu Ramenon beginning 5 p.m. October 4. The dinner giveaway is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
